A very special thank you goes to Olaf, the property manager – he makes Stuart Apartments truly special. He is always reliable, extremely dedicated, friendly, and helpful. Everything ran smoothly, reliably, and without any complications.
At Stuart Apartments, you receive support in every aspect, which makes your stay particularly pleasant. I felt very comfortable there and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.
The caretaker, Olaf, is also really great. Whether you want to have a quick chat or need anything, he's always there to help.
You're generally pretty anonymous in the dorm, if that's what you want, but Olaf made me feel very comfortable right from the start and introduced me to some nice people! ☺️

WANDSBEK
Even though my German was very limited at the time, she always made an effort to include me in activities and events. The organized activities, especially the baking days, were a lot of fun and a great way to meet other people.
Yvonne really made my first year in Germany a wonderful experience. She was always attentive and supportive — my packages were always safe, and whenever there were apartment inspections and I couldn’t be there, she took care of everything with great responsibility.
If you’re arriving in a completely new country, I can absolutely recommend Stuart Student Apartments with complete confidence. It was truly one of the best decisions I could have made.

The apartments are modern and comfortably furnished. Thanks to the kitchenette, you can cook in your apartment, and the shared washing machines, available on each floor, are easy to use via an app. If you're expecting a package but can't accept it in person, you can have it locked in one of the mailboxes and retrieve it later with a key. If you get a bit stir-crazy in your own apartment, you can go to the study room and perhaps study with others.
The residence hall is located right next to the bus station and the Wandsbek Markt subway station, providing excellent connections to the city center. The "Quarrée" shopping center offers a wide variety of shops, and two gyms are also within easy walking distance.
If my studies hadn't taken me to another city, I would have loved to stay there. Yvonne, the housekeeper at Stuart Wandsbek, played a particularly important role in making me feel at home. She was always helpful and wanted to find a solution to every problem. She was also the one who introduced communal baking in the shared kitchen, both at Christmas and Easter, which provided an opportunity to get to know the other residents better, chat, and simply have a good time. Even my vegan diet was taken into consideration. Thanks to Yvonne, Stuart was much more than just a place to live. Whenever I left or entered the building, there was always a chance to have a nice chat with her. She was interested and always had a listening ear. It was important to her not just to be the building manager, but also someone to talk to on a personal level. I am very grateful for my wonderful time at Stuart, especially for Yvonne, who put so much effort into everything.
They're incredibly dedicated, always planning cool activities for us residents, and with their open, warm manner, they create a truly pleasant atmosphere in the house.
You can really tell that community is important to them. They treat everyone as equals, listen, and treat everyone with respect.
