Furnished 1-room apartments
All STUART Student Apartments locations offer modern studios in central locations for students, trainees and interns.
Furnished with top-quality designer furniture, you will feel more at home than in a normal student residence.

Each apartment has its own personal kitchenette with ceramic glass hob (two hotplates), sink, microwave grill, refrigerator with freezer compartment, LED light strip, and sufficient storage.

A little bit of that spa feeling in your own mini luxury bathroom. The generous glass shower, top quality fittings and heating with towel warmer ensure the feel-good factor.

The building is equipped with a “Multi-Patch” system which you can use to control the bell and intercom, a transponder locking system, modern fire detectors, highspeed internet via LAN und Wi-Fi in each apartment.
